The Hardened steel inserts inside this lock add a high degree of drill resistance. Manufactured with a special elevating and rotating pin tumbler design and with mushroom top pins and a sidebar mechanism this lock has superior pick resistance. The large thumb turn provides ease of use from the inside of the door. It fits a door thickness of 1-3/4" to 2-1/2". You can put it on a 1-3/8" door with spacers added to it.

The angled cuts on the keys, along with the uniqueness of how the cuts on the key seat the pins, dramatically increase the amount of key combinations that can be used with these locks and enable Medeco to produce some of the largest master key systems in the industry.

Manufactured in four different finishes, Bright Brass, Satin Nickel, Satin Brass Blackened, and Antique Brass, they will fit in with any decor you have.
